Welcome to TuneSmith (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TuneSmith mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
TuneSmith provides AI-powered tools that allow users to generate music using text prompts and selected preferences.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the App or its services
Use the App in a way that interferes with its normal operation
2. Account & Access
The App does not require account creation.
Access to certain features may depend on subscription status or in-app purchases.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access if misuse or abuse is detected.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
TuneSmith offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase
Pricing and availability may change at any time.
4. Generated Content & Ownership
Music generated using TuneSmith is royalty-free for personal and commercial use
You retain rights to use your generated content
You are responsible for how generated content is used and shared
TuneSmith does not guarantee that generated content will be unique or free from similarity to other AI-generated works.
5. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, features, and technology (excluding user-generated content) are owned by TuneSmith and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy or reliability of generated content
Suitability of generated music for specific purposes
Continuous or error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneSmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
